The Books We Are Keen To Explore In Year 2021

Another year has gone by and a new year has wandered in. I am sure book lovers around the world have published their wishlists and new year resolutions for 2021 trying to restrict themselves to only a few fabulous books out of thousands of choices.

For people like us there aren’t really enough hours in the year to read all the amazing books we would want to, but here is a list of few books we are going to read and write about in 2021 at Team Thinkerviews:

The Legend of Suheldev and Dharma by Amish

Amish Tripathi’s books are very popular and the author has a huge fan following. Now with this book he ventures into a writer’s collective set-up producing a historical fiction. We are quite looking forward to reading this new venture.

He made it a trilogy and by utilizing the time he got during the COVID-19 situations, he completed both of the pending installments and released them. We are curious to explore them both.

The Empirium Trilogy by Claire Legrand

Exploring the world of fantastic fiction, we are going to read this trilogy consisting – Furyborn, Kingsbane and Lightbringer where author Claire Legrand follows the trajectories of two young women – The Sun Queen and The Blood Queen as the universe around them crackles and sparkles with the magic of seven elements.

The Sealed Letter by Emma Donoghue

Emma Donoghue is a popular and acclaimed writer with the academy award worthy ‘Room’. We are looking at exploring her books this year, starting with ‘The Sealed Letter’, an intriguing, scandalous courtroom story.

Wild Swans by Jung Chang

Tracking the lives of women of three generations in China, this book is widely loved for the historical and social picture it provides of a country going through a transformation of the tumultuous 20th century.

Perveen Mistry Series by Sujata Massey

Sujata Massey’s books featuring the young, female solicitor Perveen Mistry in Mumbai of 1920s are popular with readers of murder mysteries and we like the premise of these books very much. We’ll be reading adventures of Perveen Mistry as she navigates the world of law and intrigue in early twentieth century India.
