Google developed a strategy to silently update the UI related stuff. Recently the Google Calculator is updated by the company without shouting.

We know that Google Search is not mere a regular search engine but it is smartly provide answers for the special queries. For example typing something like “2 + 3 * 4 divided by 5” in the Google Search box tells it to perform the calculations and by performing the same it brings us the results. Such Google Calculate results are now being displayed with a 34 button calculator beneath the search bar. The logic is when you perform a calculation in Google, it thinks that you may need to update the existing or perform new calculation, so it is better to provide you the calculator to do the same.

When you try it as a mobile user agent from the browser, the results are displaying in the same way.

It is also worth to note that when you try to resize the browser and make it shrinking so much that all the buttons of a scientific calculator, it shows the basic version of calculator, smartly.
