People often neglect the changes happened in the world with the time. And they started believing as once they were expert in so and so field, he/she is still an expert. On the contrary, you need to keep yourself updated otherwise you will be outdated over the period of time. Ravi tried to explore these facts via the characters of Sundeep and Aditya. The character of Varun is quite a representative of a youth in his early age. He knows the things from the end user’s perspective. And for any company or business the success of the product or service depends on the satisfaction of end user. This is the simple thing but it is very important lesson which is nicely written.

The book has many characters but almost each of them is given proper footage. Although initially look arbitrary these characters are linked with each other in a way. And the relationships are explored in layers one by one.

The book is promoted as “first BitCoin thriller”. Though the mention of BitCoin comes after at least 33% the book is completed. And it is a wise decision to let the things happen gradually and in the flow it is planned for. One of the positive aspect of Ravi’s previous book Bankerupt according to us, is his way to avoid titillation oriented writing. That is missing here. Probably to go ahead in the mainstream like other novels or woo more readers (who like it) he added a couple of such segments. Though, we must say he remains quite controlled there.

Apart from the characterisation, the story is gripping as well. The importance of Games and Social media in the life of people today, is explored nicely. As an open minded author he did his research. He might have had several conversation with the teens of today to got the things right.

The book almost maintains its pace throughout. The chapters are comparatively small and most of the writing is in a layman’s language. Avoiding too much jargons is good way of writing, and he did it. Though he have mentioned technical terms and abbreviations where needed, effectively. The dialogs and conversations, the speeches and debates, almost all of them are realistic and interestingly written.

The book has almost everything required to be converted into a crime thriller TV Series. The distant looking incidents like assassination of a very remarkable politician in his bullet-proof car via an explosion; riots and scams in Goa, a kind of Naxalite, murder of an influential banker, the fight for power in a private bank. The phishing Emails hitting the customer(s) and bank (due to negligence of some simple and expected steps by the customers), a gaming company and his quest for the promising future; a lot of such things are weaved effectively. The author seems to be clear for each character and his/her role in the story since beginning, which is resulted into connecting the dots in effective manner over the course.

If you are an entrepreneur (or want to be one), this book can give you some of the effective tips about the business vision and importance of usage of social media in promoting your business.

Ravi is a smart user of technology and apart from the book content it is clearly visible in the promotional book trailer as well. He However forgot to mention several basic stuff about BitCoin, like what actually it is, how it can be bought from regular currency or can cash back in regular currency etc. Also, now a days almost every bank uses two tier authentication for money transactions. At least they sends SMS for each ATM transactions so withdrawing money from same card more than once without getting blocked is quite tough (if not impossible).

The book is targeted for the young readers and the author succeed in his attempts. It is a nice thriller with some more real world stuffs to offer then just entertaining and thrilling story. If you like to read thrillers, you should go for it.
