The serial is moving ahead and it is now concentrating on the factors which must took note of. Now it is grounding the factors of problems people face there more instead of just the entertainment factor.
Youngest of Haji’s son is the most ambitious of all them. There is nothing wrong in being ambitious of course. But when you try to find your happiness(!) via short-cut, you may find a wrong way and it can harm not only your life and future but affects the future of a lot of people related to you. One must understand the truth and took his steps wisely.
Kadir is developing a good and rather shady relationship with one of her lady guest. They were found talking slowly and behave sometimes strangely too. In an incident when Kadir took her in a boat for a small tour of the lake, which is usual for all the houseboat holders – they give such enjoyment tours to all his guests and the guests love that too – his wife didn’t like it. We also see when met with a police boat in the lake, Kadir found a little disturbed? Is there anything he should be feared for? Let us look forward to find the answer in the serial itself.
Pankaj Berry is supposed to be the 3rd finest actor in this serial along with Parikshit Shani and Radha Seth – who is natural and convincing. The boats, the surrounding, the life style of the people from Kashmir, everything is just as real as it is.
It is also worth take note that the conversation between Kadir and the foreigner lady is in English. It is not just because she is known only that language, but also to make their conversation private (as not the boatman and others know English pretty well). Now this is something which makes one to suspect their activities.
In one of the other houseboats of Haji Kahlik, there is one more family was staying. There are 4 people, an officer from customs, Mumbai, his wife and their children. He was just shooting his family photos and suddenly he show Kadir and the foreigner lady coming via boat and going to the next houseboat. He just made a causal inquiry about the girl to Haji Khalik. As he resemble the girl with someone he know.
What is the matter? Is Kadir and Jane (the foreigner lady) involved in something they should not? Well, the episode and the story forward answers it, but we are not going to spill the beans here. The fellow acting as the customs officer is also convincing actor. His voice is having the politeness and command you can expect from such an officer.
The background music is fantastic and the sets add to the authenticity of the tale. A nice effort by the team behind the same. It is definitely worth watching.
