Amish Tripathi

Amish Tripathi is one of the famous Indian Authors of the current time. A scholar from IIM, Amish wanted to be a historian and but chose a career in the finance. In the course of 14 years he worked with various companies. He wrote his first book titled – The Immortals Of Meluha – with a vision to explore the mythology of Lord Shiva as a man of flesh and blood like us. The novel was a success and he wrote two more more books in the same series – The Secret Of The Nagas – and – The Oath Of The Vayuputras; to complete the – Shiva Trilogy. All the three books are a commercial success. Being an expert in the Management, he introduced several new ways of marketing his literary works, which were not popularly used in India. These efforts paid of and played a vital role in his success as an author.

His books are to be made into Bollywood Movies. The first book is planned to be made with the name – Shuddhi, which will be directed by Karan Malhotra, produced by Dharma productions, and the protagonist is to be played by Hrithik Roshan.
